Junwen

Chinese pianist Junwen Liang is currently completing his doctorate in piano performance at Penn State University under the tutelage of Christopher Guzman. He also serves as a graduate teaching assistant in the piano department. Junwen is a prizewinner of many national and international piano competitions, including The Princeton Festival Piano Competition, The American Prize, New York International Piano Competition, and Chopin International Piano Competition in Hartford, etc. Such achievements also led him to perform concerts in Carnegie Hall and Kimmel Center. His upcoming performance engagements will feature a concerto performance in Russia and a solo recital in Italy in 2022 - 2023.
